Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Manufacturing requires a lot of raw materials, including Copper Clad Laminate (CCL), Insulated Metal Substrate (IMS), Prepreg (PP), Copper Foil, Solder Mask Ink, Silkscreen Ink, and some Chemicals. For flexible PCB manufacturing, the raw materials also include Polyimide and Polyester Flexible Copper Clad Laminate (FCCL), Coverlay, Adhesive, EMI film and sometimes stiffener materials PI, FR-4 and metal. For PCB assembly, the raw materials also include electronic components (parts), wires, connectors, solder paste and SMT stencil.
