PCB ASSEMBLY

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly Fuchuangke Technology

PCB Assembly also called Printed Circuit Board Assembly. Established in 2007, Fuchuangke Technology is found as a reliable and leading PCB Assembly Company with consistent quality and excellent service. Our expertise business ranges from prototype circuit board assembly to mass production projects, Components Sourcing, IC Programing, In-circuit Testing (ICT)Functional Testing (FCT) and PCB manufacturing. With the cutting-edge technology, state of the art machinery and high standard quality control in the whole processes of turnkey PCB assembly, we help to save our customers time and cost, taking the fear and headache out of PCB assembly

PCB Assembly Facility

As a PCB Assembly Provider, we support turnkey PCB assembly prototypes, low-to-high volume PCB fabrication and assembly services. In past years, we have been insisting in technology precipitation, capital accumulation and team work and quality first, our PCB Assembly facility quickly developed to previous scale.

PCB Assembly Processes

SMT Assembly Process

All PCB assembly are manufactured under one roof, and all processes are lead-free and disposable, 100% green, RoHS and Reach.

When your turn-key PCB assembly order placed to us, we need to conduct a number of processed, except for sourcing and its coordination, need to conduct as following processes. Of course, not all processes are required for all PCBA orders.

  • Incoming Quality Inspection
  • Incoming Storage
  • Materials Preparing
  • InPut Process Quality Control (IPQC)
  • Solder Paste Printing
  • Solder Paste Inspection (SPI)
  • Bare PCB Conveying
  • Surface Mounted Devices (SMD) Placement
  • SMT Placement Inspection
  • Reflow Soldering
  • First Article Inspection (FAI)
  • Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
  • X-Ray Inspection
  • 1st Visual Inspection
  • DIP (Dual in-line Pin Package) Soldering
  • 2nd Visual Inspection
  • Functional Testing (FCT)
  • Final QC (FQC)
  • Packaging
  • PCB Assembly (PCBA) Storage
  • Shipping

Gerber files are a set of files containing information about each layer of the PCB to be used for production. Besides, don’t forget to include the drill files and PCB outline file in the zip/rar folder. Excepts for Gerber files, we also support Altium PCB files with format *.PCB/.PCBDOC, Eagle *.BRD file and ODB++ file.

BOM is a list of all electronic components will be assembled in the PCB boards. It shows what parts are needed, where these parts should be placed and assembled. We accept BOM in format of .xls, .xlsx or .csv but not .pdf or .doc. Here is a Sample BOM for your reference, click to download.

Centroid File, also known as Pick-and-Place or XY Coordinate file, which contains information about where each component is placed on the PCB board, such as the (X, Y) position, rotation, layer, reference designator and the value/package. This file can be extracted from the PCB design file but cannot from the Gerber files. We prefer centroid file in format .csv.

Assembly Drawing – An assembly drawing is helpful when there is not enough space for all reference designators and polarities on PCB board. A document containing the assembly information of your PCB board is most commonly sent as a .PDF file.
